What you get

  • 15% off our published OUS Hub prices, on the first year and every renewal, for as long as you bill the client.
  • You set your own price to your client and invoice them yourself.

How it works

  1. Submit this form for each new client, before they buy - Licensing is per database URL
  2. We review it and email you to approve or decline. Your first referral includes a quick check that you’re an Odoo implementer or consultant.
  3. Once approved, we invoice your company annually, for the client’s subscription at the partner price, and activate the licence once it’s paid.

The rules in brief

  • Annual subscriptions only, with a minimum of 10 users per client.
  • One subscription per client Odoo database.
  • You provide first-line support to your client, and we provide second-line support.
  • Clients we already know (existing customers, existing trials not set up by you, or clients referred by someone else) aren’t eligible.
  • A client can choose to move to buying directly at their next renewal, for example if they move Odoo partners.
  • The partner discount can’t be combined with other offers.

The general terms and the Schedule for the product or service selected apply to this referral only. Nothing is binding until we approve it by email. Please save a copy for your records.

Next steps:
1. We will validate your referral, an email will be sent to confirm acceptance
3. We will setup a subscription and send you an invoice for payment
4. Upon payment, the licence will be activated and you can follow the steps to setup the client's software
